Interested in becoming a member of the best and loudest fans on campus? Join the Loud Crowd. The Loud Crowd is the official student fan organization of Texas State Athletics. Our mission is to promote school spirit both on and off campus and create the best home field advantage possible by ensuring that other teams know “This is Our House.”

We are partnering with the Texas State Bobcat Club to provide additional benefits while supporting Texas State Athletes through scholarships.

The Loud Crowd was unofficially founded in 2004 and has a mutually beneficial partnership with the Texas State Athletic Department in association with the Bobcat Club.

Who can join the Loud Crowd?
Only Texas State University students may join the Loud Crowd. This includes students in undergraduate and graduate programs.

• FREE admission and PREMIUM court side/field side seating to all Texas State regular season home athletic events (due to space considerations, some restrictions may apply).

Individual Member Goals [top]

The Loud Crowd is not just a social club. We truly want to support Bobcat Athletics by being visible at all athletic events and providing the energy our athletes need to win championships. We are looking for energetic people who want to build pride, establish tradition and let Bobcat opponents know this is our house all while supporting Texas State student-athletes. We ask that Loud Crowd members:

• Attend all meetings and social events throughout the year
• Attend at least 85% of all home Bobcat Athletic events
• Be the loudest and craziest fans in the venue
• Promote school spirit, pride and establish Bobcat traditions on/off campus
• Participate in community projects

Support [top]

The Loud Crowd is the official student fan organization of Bobcat Athletics. Through an association with the Bobcat Club the Loud Crowd works to support and provide the spirit and pride for the Bobcats. The Loud Crowd is one of only two student organizations that directly reports to the athletics department thus giving us the inside track on the Bobcats.

Community Service [top]

The Loud Crow routinely hosts and participates in community service projects. Sometime this is done through the athletics department in conjunction with the various sports teams. (i.e. Bobcat Build) In addition, the Loud Crowd seeks to conduct community service projects on its own to support the community that that supports the Bobcats.
